For our patients with Insurance Coverage:
Our office will do everything possible to help you make the most of your insurance benefits. We realize that insurance is complex and that it can be difficult to understand. We will provide full assistance to assist you with insurance matters. Unfortunately, we have no involvement in determining which services are covered, the percentage of the fee that is covered or whether a specific service is covered at all. In cases where you may need extensive surgical procedures our office recommends having a pre- estimate submitted to your insurance by our staff. Although the insurance carrier will not guarantee payment it will give you a better idea of your ultimate out of pocket expense and our office will accept assignment of your insurance benefits with a written pre- estimate from your insurance carrier. You have been referred to our office because of the quality of care we deliver to our patients. Please check with your insurance company to determine if they may dictate who you see for services. Below is a list of some of the more common dental and medical carriers we participate with. For those plans that we are not preferred providers or do not accept, our office will assist you in filling any necessary paperwork as well as provide you with a discounted rate if at all possible.
